From big bands to small combos, Jonathan Stout has put together some of the hardest working and highly regarded groups in the Lindy Hop community. On Friday June 23rd we have the immense pleasure of hosting his legendary core group, Jonathan Stout and the Campus Five featuring Hilary Alexander. In 12 years at Mobtown we’ve wanted to make this happen, and this will be the night. For those of you who don’t know, Hilary Alexander is not only an extraordinary singer but the owner of the fabled Camp Hollywood event in Los Angeles.

Friday band nights at the Ballroom are some of the best entertainment in the city. We open up the bar for liquid sustenance at 7:30, host a drop-in beginner lesson at 8 (no experience or partner required), and fire up the band at 9pm. Don’t miss it.
